With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership enablement, coaching, and relational development, Elize van Geert has devoted her career to developing people.
Her work spans organisational dynamics, leadership strengthening, emotional intelligence development, and guiding individuals through personal and professional transition. Over three decades, she has gained deep insight into what produces sustainable transformation, not surface change, but lasting establishment.
POWER PROFILE was born from the conviction that true empowerment requires structure, foundation, and intentional development.
After years of working in corporate and personal development spaces, Elize recognised a recurring pattern: many individuals were motivated, but not established. Inspired, but not grounded. Empowered in language, but not in identity.
